Welcome! I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in women’s health. I spent several years in maternal-newborn nursing before becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife. During my midwifery career, I witnessed the value of supportive, therapeutic presence during times of stress and pain. I grew passionate about meeting the serious mental health needs of my patients, leading to my PMHNP certification and transition into the mental health field.
My psychiatric experience includes outpatient care for adolescents and adults of all genders, treating conditions such as mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and ADHD. I hold an advanced certification in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International, and specialize in reproductive psychiatry.
